The fund invests only where direct operating history, long-standing relationships, and disciplined governance provide venture value, from acquisition and positioning through oversight and exit.
The Fund allows accredited investors to invest alongside Local Salsa in a concentrated portfolio of asset-backed and operating businesses, structured to preserve capital first and compound it through disciplined execution.
