Successful launches require getting the right plan - right. The only way I learned how build the right launch plan was to launch. A lot.
Equipped with a proven Startup planning forged by national launches spanning 30 years, I've focused on simple solutions on any scale from green energy technologies and digital platforms, to better consumer products and places.
I'm drawn to simple, healthy, longevity products, supporting dreamers whose visions enhance the everyday lives of people and planet.
Successful planning includes:
a clear exit strategy before launching;
facts that turn due diligence into "do" diligence;
and proof that we "live inside the customer's head".
I started in the mail room of an award-winning Master Planned Development before becoming a top broker in North Carolina. A 'temporary' move West in 2002 became full-time after launching the first major destination resort in the United States following 9/11.
I've led launches including the only destination resort built in the United States during the Recession; wildly sensitive Pacific Coast retreats; heritage Montana ranch and farm conversions; Carolinas golf havens; and most recently, a Continuing Choice Living! Community™ whose residents age 10 years below the Senior Housing norm.
