Yes. We accept BTC via Cumberland (DRW) OTC block execution. BTC is converted to USD at trade time and credited to your subscription the same or next business day.
The BTC path minimum is $150,000 (or equivalent BTC) due to institutional block-trade handling. Larger allocations may qualify for reduced spreads.
1) Complete 506(c) accreditation and KYC/AML.
2) Book an OTC execution window with our team.
3) Transfer BTC directly to Cumberland (DRW)'s settlement wallet at the scheduled time.
4) Price locks at execution; BTC converts immediately to USD.
5) Receive your trade receipt and subscription credit memo.
Cumberland (DRW) quotes a firm OTC block price at execution. A transparent spread (basis points) is disclosed on the ticket and may scale down for larger tickets.
No. After conversion to USD, your capital is treated the same as cash subscriptions—same units, waterfall, reporting, and rights.
